The Every Other Day or (EODD) diet plan is taking the dieting world by storm, and for good reason. EODD is more than just a diet – it’s a complete lifestyle change plan. The Author Jon Benson is a nutrition and fitness expert who enjoys helping people lose weight in a healthy way. He invented the SNAPP EODD 2.0 program to help people who often struggle with weight loss.
Now every diet plan ever invented tells you what to eat and in what amounts to induce weight loss. So what makes Jon’s plan different from all the others?
The truth is that Jon developed a system to help himself first. You see, he was once in your shoes. He had gotten fat and really needed a way to shed the extra pounds. There was only one problem: he hated dieting.

The SNAPP system translates to smoothies, nuts, apples, protein, and produce. It’s basically an easy way to remember the foods you need to eat on a regular basis. The EODD plan is so flexible that you actually have five different meal plans to follow. Each plan is based on the particular needs of the dieter.
The meal plans range from beginner to extreme. Each plan contains SNAPP foods. This makes things extremely simple for everyone. There is no mystery about what kind of food you are going to eat. And, the really cool thing is that when you’re on the first plan, you can enjoy an “anything goes” meal every other day.
This is the basis of the Every Other Day diet plan. But I must say that the healthy meals on the plan will also be enjoyable for most people. Of course, you have to be really serious about getting in shape. Being on this plan doesn’t mean you can eat unbelievable amounts of unhealthy foods.
Well, here’s an inside look at SNAPP system foods:
Smoothies – These are not the kind of smoothies you get at your local fast food place. Jon’s plan includes lots of healthy smoothies that contain fresh fruits and vegetables. For example, there is a vegetable smoothie made with broccoli, onion, and bell pepper. There’s a fruit smoothie made with blueberries, cherries, and grapefruit.
Nuts – Almonds and walnuts are used strategically to keep your metabolism going and keep your body from going into starvation mode. When you think about it, walnuts make a great snack, plus their texture, flavor, and crunch create a bit of food excitement in your mouth, as well as in your tummy.
Apples – You have probably already heard that apples have health benefits. Well, it seems that they are also excellent for losing weight. Apples contain natural sugar, fiber, and other nutrients. Best of all, there are several tasty varieties that you can easily find at your local grocery store.
Protein – There is no getting around the fact that as human beings we need protein. The SNAPP plan includes lean proteins like chicken, beef, fish, and beans. You’ll get recipes that show you various ways to prepare these foods.
Products – Yes, this means fruits and vegetables. If you are serious about losing a significant amount of fat, you will gladly enjoy a large number of products.
The plan also includes many easy-to-prepare, delicious recipes that incorporate SNAPP foods. This is more or less a “no-brainer” type of diet that anyone can do if they feel like it. Add Jon Benson’s fitness plan and you’ll be amazed at the results you can achieve.
