Sagging is an inevitable process that happens to women at some point. The main cause of sagging is gravity, gravity pulls down on the breast and the ligaments in the skin stretch and cause the breast to sag. The sagging of the breasts depends on the elasticity of the skin. Different women have different skin elasticity, so they have different types of hair loss. The second cause is the involution of the breasts, in this process the milk production system within the breasts shrinks and does not remain active at some point, the woman who never breastfeeds her child will have the maximum drooping effect. The knockdown effect can be minimized by certain procedures that we will discuss in this article.
Wear a supportive bra: A bra keeps your breasts from sagging. That is why a woman should wear a bra to avoid sagging. The main reason to wear a bra is that the bra straps cover the breast and hold it in place so that the ligaments present cannot be stretched because the ligaments are activated when the breast is in motion. An athlete should always wear a bra to avoid sagging because in sports the upper part of the woman is in vibratory movement. Wearing a bra becomes the reason for firming up her breasts.
Push-ups: This is the misconception in a woman’s mind that push-ups make her breasts tone like a man’s pecs. Push-ups do not make the breasts like men’s, they will only tighten the breasts and give them shape. So don’t worry about push-up phobia. If you can’t do that properly, there is another way to do the same thing. Stand against the front of the wall about 2 feet away. Press down on the wall with both hands and then release your full weight on your hands slowly and then move towards the wall with your full body weight on your hand and then move back. Do this 7 or 8 times.
Weightlifting: Weightlifting also prevents falls. If you have never lifted weights before, then start with the small weights. Most women start out lifting 10-pound dumbbells. But you need to start at 5 pounds or less and you need to increase your weight lifting repetition. Reps are more helpful than increasing the weight to avoid shagging.
Bench Press: The bench press is the best exercise to lift your breasts higher. No other exercise is better than this. The woman can do it on incline, decline or flat benches with dumbbells. Precautions should be taken when doing the decline bench press. There must be support for the legs, otherwise it will slide down and the line of dumbbells that you are moving up and down must coincide with the line of the nipples.
