“I need to lose weight for the holidays!” Sharon yelled, though not at anyone in particular. Not that anyone could hear her over the familiar sounds of Christmas music. She here she was trapped in the dressing room of the department store, looking disappointed in the mirror. She was suddenly sad that this holiday season was going to be like last year, with so much hope and desire to lose weight before she had to try on the new clothes stuffed in all those wrapped boxes under the Christmas tree.
Sharon desperately wanted to put her “tight” pants back on before the office Christmas party. It wasn’t just the desire to look good in front of her colleagues at work, but rather the need to feel healthier on the inside and better with her self-control and self-image. But, as usual, her goal to lose weight only tends to frustrate her, rather than motivate her. And this year seems no different. She wants to change and stay strong and focused, but she doesn’t seem to quite know how to do it…
Sharon had read somewhere that you need two things to change something about yourself, the ability to change and the desire to change. Skill and motivation – are the two basic qualities of change. So this year, Sharon has decided to take better control of her eating and exercise habits. But the answer is not simply to try a new diet or exercise to exhaustion. She needs a whole new approach to get rid of fat, lose weight and avoid unwanted weight.
Later that day, Sharon discovered a whole new way to lose weight, look a lot better, and feel a lot better too. A friend of yours told you about a whole new approach to weight loss and a strategy that will help you lose pounds fast! Sharon listened to her friend, who began to lose nine pounds every eleven days. And just in time for the holidays!
